This policy explains what information Five Peaks apps collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
We collect limited app analytics and diagnostics to understand feature usage and improve reliability.
- Product interaction data (for example onboarding flow events and in-app actions).
- User ID and device ID used by analytics tooling.
- Coarse location, performance data, and other diagnostic data provided through analytics SDKs.
- Purchase-related data processed by subscription providers (for example entitlement and purchase history status).
How We Use Data
- Analytics: measure feature usage, onboarding completion, and app performance.
- App functionality: process subscriptions and restore purchases.
We do not sell your personal data.
Tracking and Advertising
We do not use collected data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not currently use the data for Apple-defined tracking.
If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures, and request permission where required.
Third-Party Services
Our apps use third-party service providers, including Unity Analytics and RevenueCat, to provide analytics and subscription functionality. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for analytics, operations, legal compliance, and service integrity. Retention periods may vary by provider and data category.
Your Choices
You can manage app permissions in your device settings and manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
